In their attempts to steal Federal Assistance from my family the PUA Team has given me purpose. They have given me a job to do. Unfortunately, I will never actually receive a paycheck for the hours I put in, but the PUA Team has still given me a job. Through their malicious intent, they have blessed me with the opportunity to fill lost hours left vacant by the collapse of my trading company. An unfortunate result of the global pandemic, somehow deemed unworthy by the callous PUA Team. Instead of access to the State and Federal Assistance promised to every American family, the PUA Team has forced me into an unwanted writing project. Office hours now filled telling my family’s story of being abandoned by our state. At present, unsuccessful in our attempts to obtain even a single valid work permit in this country, with Tee first on the list, employment opportunities for me are currently nonexistent. While certainly unfortunate given our dwindling financial situation, my inability to work in the country guarantees me the hours needed to adequately document and write my family’s story. The PUA Team believes they can steal over $27k from my family during this pandemic. They are wrong. They will never see a single dollar in repayment. However, with the hours made available after the collapse of my company, forced to remain vacant over my inability to work in the country, and combined with the uncertainty surrounding our ability to return home. I currently have the time and motivation to dedicate $27k worth of marketing hours to tell the story of how the PUA Team left my family Abandoned By The State.
The global pandemic unsympathetically erased two businesses from my family. The heartless PUA Team has declared these events insignificant in comparison to a technicality written into the codes of the programs designed to help families like ours. Instead of the help promised to us in the CARES Act and American Rescue Plan, the PUA Team is demanding over $27k from an American family stuck abroad with no income and a 1-year-old daughter. The pandemic stole our businesses from us, but the PUA Team has motivated me to create Fighting For Family and given me purpose as I fight back against their oppressive measures. While writing is new and still somewhat unnatural for me, the PUA Team has pushed me to continue this fight and tell our story no matter what. I know I will never see another dime of pandemic support for my family from the soulless PUA Team, however, I owe thanks to them for the direction they have forced me in, replacing the international trading company lost to the pandemic with a writing project dedicated to exposing the PUA Team’s inhumane tactics when responding to this global emergency.
The PUA Team has made assumptions about my family and our case which has proven detrimental to our American family. The PUA Team has decided my family is underservant of pandemic assistance from our government, and has instead left us to fend for ourselves, abroad, throughout the entirety of a global pandemic and for who knows how long after. As an entrepreneurial family, we are accustomed to creating our livelihoods, taking businesses from idea to fruition, we just need the legal right to work to accomplish our goals. Believing in the support of our government I chose to ride the pandemic out in place. The PUA Team has used that decision to completely cut us off from all pandemic assistance and left us to fend for ourselves in a country neither of us is legal to work in. With our next business venture ready and waiting, we have a substantial amount of our limited finances dedicated to the attorney working on Tee’s work permit. Unable to overcome my lack of a work permit until we are financially positioned to pay the attorney again, I have an abundance of work hours available to build and market Fighting For Family. The PUA Team has left us on our own, legally unable to work, and forcing me into this writing job as I document my family’s experience with their unconscionable team.
The PUA Team has pushed my family into legal purgatory as we patiently wait for our government-imposed debt to be resolved. Far from home, trapped in uncertainty, and completely cut-off from all Pandemic Assistance. The spiteful PUA Team has forced me into political activism as I use Fighting For Family to tell our story of government oppression until this situation is properly addressed. Fraud allegations still pending, the PUA Team has everything they need for an indictment. I have never denied their allegations. However, rather than actually address the situation at hand, the heartless PUA Team chooses to leave my family blowing in the wind as my pandemic unemployment claim is promptly denied week after week. So, unable to work and quickly running out of options, the evil actions of the PUA Team demand the publication of our story. With my empty schedule, inability to legally work, and legal status of my disenfranchised family in question, I will use Fighting For Family to publish my family’s entire pandemic story, Abandoned By The State. Through the publication of our story, I will demand accountability from the PUA Team and justification for my family, and I will not stop telling our story until these demands are achieved.
The PUA Team believes they are justified in demanding over $27k from an out-of-work American family. Obviously, with our loss of two businesses, we are in no financial position to repay this nonsense debt. Instead, I am devoting all of my available work hours to exposing the PUA Team. Fighting For Family is fully committed to documenting, publishing, and marketing our entire pandemic experience to expose the unethical practices of the PUA Team. With the experience gained self-marketing our previous companies, the empty workload created by this pandemic, and our need to overcome $27k in oppressive government-imposed debt so we can return home. Fighting For Family is positioned to actively manage and promote our website, social media accounts, and change.org petition until we achieve the necessary attention from our elected officials. Pandemic Assistance was not put in place to destroy American families during this worldwide pandemic. The tyrannical actions of the PUA Team will be brought to light, and this out-of-control government force will be held accountable for their actions. I will continue to tell the Fighting For Family story until we receive the national attention adequate of a government oppression story of this magnitude. So, until this unconscionable team decides to do what’s right as Americans and Montanans, I will continue to fight for my family. Our voice will not be silenced. Our story will be told. We will stand strong in our fight against out-of-control government bureaucracy.
